Hanoi Daewoo Hotel is seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our leadership and management team. These roles play a key part in delivering operational excellence, driving performance, and enhancing guest satisfaction across the hotel.
Successful candidates will be hands-on, results-driven professionals with strong leadership capability, sound analytical and commercial understanding, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service quality and business growth.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:
Relevant management or senior leadership experience in hotel operations or commercial functions
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Action-oriented mindset with attention to detail and results
Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across departments
Eligibility varies by position (local candidates and/or international candidates with Vietnam experience)
